Gallery TEN - Returns & Refunds
All works are carefully checked by us prior to shipping. However, if a work should be damaged, defective or not acceptable to you in some way then please get in touch as soon as possible.
Please check the goods as soon as possible after arrival. Notify us immediately if there is any damage to the work. (Please do so within 3 days of arrival.) If you wish to return your purchase then please let us know within 14 days of delivery.
You have the option to have a replacement (if one can be obtained), choosing another work from our collections or to receive a full refund.
Wherever possible the work should be re-packed in the original packaging and returned to us as soon as possible. Works should be returned to Gallery TEN. Please ensure the work is packed securely. Once the work has been received and checked we will make a refund of your original payment.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN ANY WAY.
